About the Role

Join Cigna Healthcare as a Staff Pharmacist Manager - Accredo - Remote (AZ, FL, IN, OH, PA, TN) in United States. This is a remote position. Ideal candidates must reside and be licensed in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania or Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

  • provide support outside of regular hours.
  • develop policies, procedures and the business work plan for the team.
  • Develop employee’s skills, evaluate performance and provide feedback.
  • Implement programs and process improvements to enhance the level of internal and external customer service pro.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, RPh or Pharm D, licensed and registered in the state of employment.
  • 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting 1+ years of leadership experience; preferably one year at Express Scripts.
  • Current pharmacy licensure in good standing.
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $127K - $212K
  • 18 days PTO.
  • 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Remote position - work from anywhere.
  • Day shift only - no nights.

This position offers day shifts only. Work with Cigna Healthcare in United States.
