About the Role

Join Cigna Healthcare as a Staff Pharmacist Manager - Accredo - Remote (AZ, FL, IN, OH, PA, TN) in United States. This is a remote position. Ideal candidates must reside and be licensed in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania or Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

provide support outside of regular hours.

develop policies, procedures and the business work plan for the team.

Develop employee’s skills, evaluate performance and provide feedback.

Implement programs and process improvements to enhance the level of internal and external customer service pro.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, RPh or Pharm D, licensed and registered in the state of employment.

3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting 1+ years of leadership experience; preferably one year at Express Scripts.

Current pharmacy licensure in good standing.

General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email.

Salary: $127K - $212K

18 days PTO.

401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Remote position - work from anywhere.

Day shift only - no nights.
