Key Responsibilities
- will be responsible for triaging incoming requests from patients, assessing their needs and providing the appropriate clinical recommendations and coaching to support resolution of symptoms and/or improvement in perceived health.
- will be referring patients to healthcare facilities and community-based resources.
- will provide a meaningful patient experience, while using your critical thinking skills to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans.
- will do: · Possess strong clinical expertise and experience in a range of health conditions · Possess compassion and empathy in order to treat our patients and promote healthy lifestyles.

Requirements
Candidates must possess a current unrestricted professional nursing license in the province of work with a willingness to obtain additional provincial NP licenses, and ideally have 2 years of direct clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Required availability includes weekdays, occasional evenings (supporting 8 am – 8 pm EST), occasional weekends, and potential on-call shifts.
