Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker is responsible for providing professional social work services to patients and their families dealing with complex medical, psychiatric, and psycho-social issues. This includes direct inpatient and outpatient services, as well as social work activities across the entire hospital.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work and hold a current State of California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license, along with American Heart Association BLS certification. Experience in an acute care hospital or inpatient psychiatric unit setting is preferred.
