Full-Time Telemedicine Provider (NP or PA) – Servicing Indiana (fully Remote) SynergenX is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider to care for patients throughout Texas via telehealth. Candidates must hold an active Indiana license and a current Indiana CSR and Full DEA registration.
This position offers weekends off, remote work flexibility. Work with SynergenX Health Holdings LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Provide comprehensive telemedicine care for patients, including hormone management and medical weight loss. Conduct clinical assessments and maintain patient relationships while working in a fully remote environment.
Must hold an active Indiana FNP or PA license, current Indiana CSR, and full DEA registration. Candidates should possess strong clinical assessment skills and be prepared to begin employment with minimal delay.
