Key Responsibilities

  • The PSR Therapist Supervisor will also conduct assessments, complete treatment plans, provide treatment team coordination duties as assigned and support milieu activities.
  • This position will be responsible for directly supervising assigned staff in the Rehab Department.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of child/adolescent development as well as psychiatric and behavioral disorders.
  • Knowledge of positive behavior management techniques.
  • Ability to plan, conduct, and document active treatment interventions for patients using multi
  • modal techniques and to adapt activities and interventions to varying patient needs.
