About the Role

Lead clinical operations for pediatric and adult home care nursing at BAYADA Home Health Care in Greenville, North Carolina. Manage nursing staff and ensure high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical operations.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid NC license.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Leadership or nurse management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally for home visits.
