About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides individualized patient care to ensure the safety and dignity of the patient.
  • 1 Follows the patient care plan preserving patients' safety, dignity and autonomy.
  • Assists the nursing staff to maintain a therapeutic milieu to support safety, care and treatment on the unit.
  • 1 Initiates patient activities and social interactions in individual and group situations/settings consistent with the individual.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION Graduation from high school supplemented by at least two (2) years of college; Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
