Key Responsibilities

Patient population includes adult, adolescent, geriatric, and neonatal patients depending on the practice location.

Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Must be able to demonstrate medication dosing and identify pharmaceutical needs relative to the disease process and age.

Requirements

Qualifications For Hire: Registered pharmacist in the State of Ohio; board certified; advanced degree (Pharm.

/MS) and PGY1/PGY2 residency; and/or equivalent experience preferred.

A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
