Requirements

• Unrestricted Arizona Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain prior to start date

• Physician Assistant national certification through NCCPA; OR National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP

• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start date

• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start date Preferred Qualifications:
