Key Responsibilities
- Will Do: Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week Manage products and supplies responsibly Keep accurate and timely client records Follow Pinch protocols and best practices Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business What We Are Looking For: Required: Active APRN license in Michigan, full practice authority preferred Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more Why Pinch: Flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle Perfect for experienced and new injectors Experienced injectors can grow their practice with flexibility, along with clinical, supply, and legal support New injectors can complete live tox training and virtual sessions to gain confidence and skills Comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facials Top-of-market compensation with overhead coverage to maximize earnings Malpractice coverage included for peace of mind Community and collaboration with opportunities to participate in events and build local connections Growth potential to gradually scale your aesthetics practice, supplement your current job, or transition full-time About Pinch: Unlike the 10,000 plus medical spa clinics across the USA, Pinch is revolutionizing med spa care by bringing treatments straight to clients’ homes.
