About the Role

Join Universal Health Corporation as a Nurse Practitioner – M-F, No Weekends, Loan Repayment in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver exceptional and appropriate patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and the Director of Nursing (DON) regarding patient care.
  • Conduct patient rounds, contribute to daily care decisions, write orders, and facilitate scheduling of therapeutic and diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Record daily visit notes in an electronic medical record in a timely manner, with dictation services available.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a current Medical License in the state of application and an unencumbered DEA License, with Nurse Practitioner License and DEA Certification being required. One year of relevant experience is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply, and experience in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or General Practice is a plus.
