• Job Requirements: An associate’s degree in nursing required.

• Active and current New Jersey Registered Nurse license BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

• Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nursing At least 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, prior Charge or Lead nursing experience.

• Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
