Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and must be licensed to practice pharmacy in Texas at the time of hire, along with four years of experience. Preferred qualifications include seven years of related experience and a PGY1 or PGY2 Pharmacy Residency, plus obtaining Immunization Certification within six months of hire.
