Key Responsibilities

  • A day in the life of a Clinical Pharmacist I at Hackensack Meridian Health includes: 1.
  • Identifies, resolves, and prevents drug-related problems.
  • Recommends and monitors drug therapy.
  • Participates in the department's drug formulary review process, including the preparation of drug monographs for review by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.

Requirements

  • Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1.
  • Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy with a minimum of a Pharm.
  • Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency program or 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience with a minimum of three years in clinical practice.
