Responsibilities Licensed Therapist- IOP Horizon Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist for our outpatient mental health clinic called Thousand Branches Wellness in Arden Hills, MN to join our team! This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location.

Requirements

• Master's degree required Active MN LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent licensure required Ability to foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration within the facility.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good judgement in handling situations not covered by written or verbal instructions.

• Crisis prevention experience and ability to manage personal, staff and patient stressors appropriately.
