The staff physician provides occupational health clinical services, including medical surveillance, pre-placement examinations, and return-to-work evaluations. They are also responsible for the treatment and management of work-related injuries and illnesses under the direction of the Medical Director.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree and possess a current, unrestricted license to practice in California. Board certification or eligibility in Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or an acute care specialty is required, along with BLS certification.
