Requirements

Candidates must be a Masters prepared graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current certification. A Minnesota RN license and NP certification or PA registration by the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice are required, along with DEA eligibility and BLS certification. Hematology background or fellowship completion is strongly preferred.
