Join Mindify Wellness And Care as a Bilingual (Russian-English) Therapist (MSW) in United States. Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse needs, including mental health concerns, substance use issues, and family challenges.

Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, etc.

Advocate for clients and their families, ensuring equitable access to needed resources.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

At least 2 years of experience providing social work or clinical therapy services.

Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) required.

Strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a trauma-informed approach.
