• Charge Nurse: In addition to above essential functions, the charge nurse will also: Complete daily nurse leader rounds.

• Perform shift checks as assigned.

• Assists with completion of chart audits for nursing documentation as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Education/Experience Required: Current licensure in the State of Ohio or if working in WV will need a WV license as a Registered Nurse.

• BLS required upon hire.

• ACLS within 1 year of employment required.

• Special Knowledge, Skills, Training: Verbal, clerical, numerical, and manual dexterity, color vision and near visual acuity, proper lifting techniques and body mechanics.
