About the Role

Join Hartford HealthCare as a Clinical Pharmacist – Hospital Day Shift in [object Object].

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising technicians on duty during shift.

Responsible for participating in Clinical and Quality Improvement programs established by department.

Education & Training: Bachelor or Doctorate degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Experience: Previous hospital/retail pharmacy experience.

Requirements

-, including evaluation, selection, procurement and distribution of drugs, counseling, and professional consultation.

Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as policies of Emory Healthcare.

Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders.

Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals and related products for patient care by performing related duties.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.

Day shift only - no nights.
