- Function as a member of an interdisciplinary team that provides addiction treatment, clinical and grant
- funded services, resources, and support to people who have a substance use disorder and are receiving medication for addiction treatment (MAT),
Requirements
- Assist in the maintenance of the REDCap database. Keep data, including symptom scores, other health outcome variables, and other demographic information updated.
- Make and facilitate referrals to other behavioral health or social service providers when clinically indicated or when patients do not meet treatment goals despite regular care.
- Monitor tracked outcomes for participants, including screening for common co
- morbidities including HIV, hepatitis C. Refer participants for HIV/Hepatitis testing.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
- Day shift only - no nights.
