Function as a member of an interdisciplinary team that provides addiction treatment, clinical and grant

funded services, resources, and support to people who have a substance use disorder and are receiving medication for addiction treatment (MAT),

Requirements

Assist in the maintenance of the REDCap database. Keep data, including symptom scores, other health outcome variables, and other demographic information updated.

Make and facilitate referrals to other behavioral health or social service providers when clinically indicated or when patients do not meet treatment goals despite regular care.

Monitor tracked outcomes for participants, including screening for common co

morbidities including HIV, hepatitis C. Refer participants for HIV/Hepatitis testing.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

Day shift only - no nights.

This position offers day shifts only. Work with University of Iowa in United States.
