Key Responsibilities

Maintain clinical records in accordance with OMH standards, complete all necessary documentation required by OMH, NYS Medicaid and program policies.

Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, training seminars and individual supervisory meetings, as required.

Learn and utilize the electronic record charting system and maintain service hour tracking Other duties deemed necessary by the Director pertaining to provisions of effective services.
