Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with OMH standards, complete all necessary documentation required by OMH, NYS Medicaid and program policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, training seminars and individual supervisory meetings, as required.
- Learn and utilize the electronic record charting system and maintain service hour tracking Other duties deemed necessary by the Director pertaining to provisions of effective services.
