Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).

• Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.

• 2 years relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience. Preferred Qualifications:

• Care Management: 1 year experience in acute care settings.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $64.63/hr.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
