Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

& Responsibilities Evaluate and assess new patients independently and work with attending psychiatrists to determine management when necessary.

Conduct follow-up medication management visits for ongoing patients.

Provide patient education and brief supportive psychotherapy when appropriate and refer patients for additional psychotherapy as needed.

Work with inpatient consult service, local obstetric offices, and our medical office coordinator to ensure timely evaluations for urgent cases.

Requirements

Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland and be able to obtain a license within three years of hire. Experience in women’s mental health is preferred but is not required, as on

site training will be provided. Classified Title: Nurse Practitioner Role/Level/Range: ACRP/04/MG Starting Salary Range: $100,000

$152,900 Annually ($119,950 targeted; Commensurate w/exp.) Employee group: Full Time Schedule: Monday
