This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

  • & Responsibilities Evaluate and assess new patients independently and work with attending psychiatrists to determine management when necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up medication management visits for ongoing patients.
  • Provide patient education and brief supportive psychotherapy when appropriate and refer patients for additional psychotherapy as needed.
  • Work with inpatient consult service, local obstetric offices, and our medical office coordinator to ensure timely evaluations for urgent cases.

  • Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland and be able to obtain a license within three years of hire. Experience in women’s mental health is preferred but is not required, as on
