Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Las Vegas, Nevada. This per diem role involves providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to adult and senior clients in their homes. Prior Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required for per diem positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct home visits within assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management.
• Accurately document all care management activities using electronic tablets.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Nevada.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
