Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates medication orders for appropriateness with regard to patient condition, organ function and concomitant therapies to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Documents all activities and communication as appropriate.
- Directs and manages workflow in focused area of pharmacy practice.
- Activities include oversight of pharmacists, technicians, interns and volunteers ensuring the accuracy of their work in accordance with departmental procedures and Federal and State regulations.
Requirements
- Pharmacy Experience 2
- 5 years Supervisor Experience < 2 years Licenses & Certifications Medication Therapy Srvcs in MO RPh Preferred Requirements Education Doctorate
- Pharmacy Residency Doctorate
- Pharmacy Residency Experience 5
