Join Pivot Rehabilitation Services as a Occupational Therapist – Assisted Living, Flexible Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform occupational therapy evaluations for Assisted Living residents
  • Develop and update individualized Plans of Care (POC) under Medicare Part B guidelines
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy for orthopedic, neurological, cognitive, and post
  • surgical conditions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Assisted Living, SNF, Home Health, or Senior Living occupational therapy experience preferred (1+ year preferred)
  • Experience with Medicare Part B documentation preferred
