Key Responsibilities

Position Objective: The Clinical Pharmacist is an operationarole, responsible for providing medication management services for our medicallyl and socially complex patients.

The incumbent will report to the Manager of Pharmacy Services (or similar role) and will be responsible for managing opportunities for professional development within the pharmacy department.
