Key Responsibilities

• Position Objective: The Clinical Pharmacist is an operationarole, responsible for providing medication management services for our medicallyl and socially complex patients.

• The incumbent will report to the Manager of Pharmacy Services (or similar role) and will be responsible for managing opportunities for professional development within the pharmacy department.
