Key Responsibilities

• include but are not limited to: Provides therapy in a group and individual setting: Develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans in concert with the interdisciplinary treatment team.

• Demonstrates sound application of Cognitive Behavioral Theory and methodology Contributes effectively to discharge planning.

• Plans and prepares for activities.

• Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.

-, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology) Licenses: Valid Texas Therapist (LMFT, LMSW, LPC, LCSW) license in good standing required.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in a behavioral healthcare setting or combination of education and experience required.

• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication, assessment, evaluation, and interpretation skills.
