Overview Shift: 2nd Shift UnityPoint Health is seeking a compassionate and attentive Behavioral Health Technician to join our behavioral health team. This role is essential in supporting patient care and promoting a safe, therapeutic environment for individuals receiving behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of Care Assists patients with ADL’s according to hospital procedures, reports all abnormal findings and changes in patient condition to Registered Nurse in charge of patient.

• Completes 15 minute checks to maintain safety of patient and unit.

• Assists with the check in process including getting initial vital signs and completing admission paperwork.

• Assists with restocking of rooms and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

• examination. Certified Nursing Assistant listed as either Active or Inactive on any state health care worker registry. EMT
