Key Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding nursing care tailored to each resident’s unique needs.

• Conducting daily rounds and assessments to develop and update care plans.

• Administering medications, treatments, and IV fluids while ensuring accurate documentation.

• Communicating with residents and families, offering guidance and emotional support.

Requirements

• Active KY Registered Nurse License

• 3 years of nursing experience in Skilled Nursing, Dementia Care, Short

• Term Rehab, or Orthopedics preferred

• Familiarity with resident care plans and nursing protocols

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $45.02/hr.
