Key Responsibilities
- The goal of this program is to reduce suffering and improve quality of life for these patients and their families in collaboration with other members of the health care team.
- As a member of the Palliative Interdisciplinary team, this position will play a pivotal role in providing palliative medicine consultation for seriously ill patients and their families.
Requirements
- KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Master’s Degree in Nursing from an Accredited College or University and certified as a Nurse Practitioner in area of clinical focus.
- Effective analytical and organization skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to educate others and serve as a positive change agent.
- Leadership skills to direct others toward the successful treatment of patients.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
