About the Role
Join Oak Valley Health as a Clinical Pharmacist – $107K-$140K, Ontario in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- will work with the inter-professional team to provide clinical pharmacy services to Markham Stouffville Hospital (MSH), Uxbridge Hospital and Reactivation Care Centre (RCC) patients.
- will participate in patient education, support teaching students and provide drug information to nursing and medical staff.
- provide care on the traditional and treaty territory of the Anishinaabeg, and acknowledge our closest Indige.
- provide clinical pharmacy services to Markham Stouffville Hospital (MSH), Uxbridge Hospital and Reactivation.
