About the Role

Join Oak Valley Health as a Clinical Pharmacist – $107K-$140K, Ontario in United States.

Key Responsibilities

will work with the inter-professional team to provide clinical pharmacy services to Markham Stouffville Hospital (MSH), Uxbridge Hospital and Reactivation Care Centre (RCC) patients.

will participate in patient education, support teaching students and provide drug information to nursing and medical staff.

provide care on the traditional and treaty territory of the Anishinaabeg, and acknowledge our closest Indige.

provide clinical pharmacy services to Markham Stouffville Hospital (MSH), Uxbridge Hospital and Reactivation.

Salary: $107K - $140K

Work Schedule

Full Time position.

Call responsibilities required.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited pharmacy program and possess Part A registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Previous experience in a hospital setting with unit-dose and IV admixture programs is required.
