Physical Therapist - PRN

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. They are also responsible for guiding Physical Therapist Assistants and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be eligible for an OH state PT license. Experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
