Requirements

• to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.

• Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.

• Education Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of Social Work (Required) Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Social Work (Preferred) Work Experience Hospital/Health Agency experience.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
