Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Counseling, Communications, or Business Administration, strongly preferred.

A minimum of 6 months of experience working within a social services, customer service, or call-center setting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Salary: $18.04/hr

Work Schedule

Part-Time position.

Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

Call responsibilities required.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
