GiaCare Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Social Worker Case Manager in support of the Mental Health Clinic at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
This position offers no call requirements, weekends off. Work with GiaCare Inc in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
The LCSW Case Manager will lead mental health case-management functions and coordinate care for military service members, particularly those at high risk for suicide. They will also facilitate multidisciplinary treatment meetings, provide clinical supervision, and ensure seamless transitions between levels of care.
Candidates must hold a Master of Social Work degree and a current, unrestricted LCSW license. At least one year of clinical social work or healthcare management experience within the last five years is required.
