About the Role

Join Edenbridge Health Llc as a Occupational Therapist – PACE Program, DC in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of appropriate occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to PACE participants on acute, restorative or maintenance levels as needed.
  • Performs timely initial and annual assessments for all participants and corresponding plans of care. Performs semi
  • annual reassessments and unscheduled change of condition assessments for all participants receiving Occupational therapy services as well as corresponding plans of care.
  • Participates in home safety evaluations as directed for potential enrollees into the program.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association is required.
  • Must submit to and pass a pre
  • employment screening and criminal background check.
  • Must have a current Driver’s License and driving record must be in compliance with Company policy. Must maintain current automobile insurance.
