About the Role
Join National Home Care LLC as a Registered Nurse (RN) and LPN for Home Health in United States. We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) and LPN to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality and individualized care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.
- Monitor patient health and progress, and update care plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on managing illness or injury and using medical equipment.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN in the state of Michigan.
- 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health, acute care, or hospice.
- Knowledge of OASIS documentation is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
