Location: FLC Beacon Hill 1625 South Columbian Way Seattle WA 98108 Full Life Care is a not-for-profit organization, incorporated in 1980. Key Responsibilities

What you need to succeed: Must be licensed in Washington state as an Occupational Therapist and have one or more years of experience in a health or social services setting.

Must have valid CPR certification and complete the HIV/AIDS information course.

Team Members are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless granted a medical or religious exemption.
