Key Responsibilities
- Additional Information Ensures compliance with hospital policies, state/federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Maintains accurate records (e.

- Supports medication safety initiatives, adverse event prevention, and staff education.
Requirements
- and requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy; BS Pharm or PharmD required; accredited clinical residency preferred.
- Licensure: Current state license to practice pharmacy.
- Experience: Two (2) years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
Work Schedule
- Per Diem position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
