About the Role

Join Cooperative Home Care, Inc as a Physical Therapist- North in United States. We are seeking skilled Physical Therapists to join our actively growing Home Health Team with territories in St. Louis City and county, that will cover our Northern region traveling from Marconi north to O'Fallon, St.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate physician's or podiatrist's referral and patient's medical record to determine physical therapy required.
  • Perform patient tests, measurements, and evaluations, such as range
  • motion and manual muscle tests, gait and functional analyses, and body parts measurements, and record and evaluate findings to aid in establishing or revising specifics of treatment programs.
  • Observe, record, and report to the physician or podiatrist the patient's treatment, response and progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of Missouri
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
