Key Responsibilities

• will assess nutritional status, develop and implement individualized nutrition plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust interventions in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other care team members.

Requirements

• nutritionist (CDN) within 1 (one) year of hire or after passing the Registration Examination for dietitians. Preferred: Registered Dietitian #IND1
