About the Role
Day shift clinical therapist role. Serve adolescents and adults. Provide therapy and case management. Make a difference daily.
Key Responsibilities
- management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. Minimum Requirements Education
- Provides and acts as a liaison for physician, patient and/or family between the hospital, community agencies and facilities
- Performs intake assessment/evaluation of family dynamics and treatment needs, including creation of treatment plan
- Prepares case history of patient's personal, social, and emotional development
- Provides therapeutic intervention with patient family including individual, marital, parental, family and group therapies
- Interprets nature of illness and prescribed course of treatment to patient and families
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, Psychology or related field of study. Experience
- CP OR Licensed Social Worker LISW
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, Psychology or related field of study
- In Lieu Of NA Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses Medical Social Worker MSW OR Licensed Social Worker CP LISW
