Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant carries out treatment plans established by the physical therapist to help patients achieve functional goals. They also maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate regularly with the supervising therapist and medical team.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold a current license to practice in Illinois. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain current CPR certification.
