About the Role
Join Cooperative Home Care, Inc as a Occupational Therapist - North in United States. Occupational Therapist We are seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to join our actively growing Home Health Team with territories in St. Louis City and county, that will cover our Northern Region traveling from Marconi north to O'Fallon, St.
Key Responsibilities
- Select activities that will help individuals learn work and life
- management skills within limits of their mental and physical capabilities.
- Complete and maintain necessary records.
- Recommend changes in patients' work or living environments, consistent with their needs and capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
