Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Advanced Provider, you play a critical role in our mission to improve lives in Inpatient Psychiatry.
  • Provide positive change management leadership and support of operational, patient experience, and other impr.
  • Provide ongoing and constructive feedback to physicians, advanced providers, and other site team members to.
  • coordinate the involvement of People Operations before formal counseling or Performance Improvement Plans.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $80/hr
  • Signing bonus: $1.
  • 20 days PTO.
  • CME allowance: $1,500.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
  • Night or evening shifts may be required.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Healthcare, or equivalent, along with current state licensure, national certification, and DEA if applicable. Preferred experience includes work in family practice, Ambulatory Care Center, or emergency department settings.
