Key Responsibilities

• Drive quality improvement and compliance by identifying gaps, tracking performance, and using evidence‑based approaches to elevate care and patient experience.

• Lead departmental direction by setting a shared vision, modeling excellence, developing staff, and supporting governance and change efforts.

• Lead quality improvement and regulatory compliance by identifying gaps, monitoring performance, and applying evidence‑based strategies to enhance care quality and patient satisfaction.

• Lead education and staff development by managing hiring and training processes, coordinating patient and family teaching, and supporting orientation, preceptorship, and continuous team growth.

Requirements

• a current RN license in good standing.

• Location: 1330 West 26th Street, Erie PA Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, 8a-5p-with possible coverage for residential unit depending on department need.

• One hour lunch provided.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No weekends required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
