Pharmacist - Pharmacy Informatics (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

The Informatics Pharmacist Specialist is responsible for the build, implementation, and maintenance of automation and technology to optimize pharmacy practice, systems, and the medication-use process, specializing in the medication process from ordering to administration. This role involves effective process design, development, and implementation of the Electronic Medical Record and Clinical Decision Support, while supporting clinicians with system changes and providing related staff education and training.

Licensure & Certifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences or PharmD Degree along with two years of acute care or retail pharmacy experience, and Ohio or Michigan Board of Pharmacy licensure. Candidates supporting Epic must obtain and maintain Epic Certification in their primary application within three months of completing their first Epic class.
