Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients in alignment with State and Fed.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient status.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold current APRN or Physician Assistant licensure.
